It could not have been any earlier than 1990 because I unsuccessully hit on a waitress there that year.  |

When you guys say "Sidney's," did you mean "Sydney's," the 50s-like diner slightly north of the Plaza? I loved their hot fudge sundaes because they put the hot fudge in paper cups so as not to melt the ice cream.

Is Ruby's still there? I know Ruby is no longer with us. Her food was fantastic, and so was she.
