The old Faxon School at 37th and Paseo is back on the market. It's been privately owned since 2008, when the KCMSD sold it for $76,000. Last year the rumored asking price was $350k. Now it's $435k. So... yeah.

As far as I know, nothing has been done on the property for several years. So the new windows and elevator "ready to go in" that the listing mentions seems a little dubious.
