Ate lunch here today. Nice crowd (thx to BIgXII tourny). Interior is identical. Layout is identical. Waitresses wearing same outfit as Flying Saucer.

Food was much better. Menu was limited BigXII event menu. I had Shepherd Pie, coworkers had Irish Stew, Mac&Cheese. I'd go back.

Post Re: The Dubliner
I was in KC a couple of weeks ago and visited the Dubliner. Almost nobody in our group enjoyed their meal. I had the fish and chips and it was fine but my guests were not impressed. I believe our group had crab cakes, shepherds pie, fish and chips, a rather dull chicken dish, and Irish Stew. It may have been the genre as much as the food - my friends are not adventurous eaters. Everyone did like the 3$ happy hour Boulevard on tap and the interior is as nice as it was while it was Raglan Road. The place was pretty busy for a Tuesday night.

Are these the same people that run The Dubliner in St. Louis on wash ave? Do they have a massive Irish flag out front?

Irish food tends to be pretty bland to begin with, but The Dubliner somehow manages to make it blander.
