I am a commercial supplier. I may branch out into retail when the economy picks up. I do not see many people paying $7-$8 a pound for local artisan bacon, pancetta and sausages, while the economy is at this low point. I actually own "after hours" but have not been able to watch it yet. Cochon |

Cool! I find it very strange that there wasn't a sushi place in the vicinity of the River Market neighborhood till now,or is there one that I totally missed for 15 years:) The closest place would be in the PnL district or even north of the river. Still a distance for people who live and work near the Rivermarket or Columbus park. |

Re: Sushi Had lunch there today. Not at all bad for fast food-style sushi! The prices are pretty darn reasonable, and the owner guy seems like a super nice fellow. Good luck to them.
