Post Mill Creek Brewery
Anyone know if something is happening at the old Mill Creek Brewery/Tizers space in Westport?  I noticed the other day that the interior is being cleaned out.  I'm still amazed this space has been vacant for so long.

It was my favorite brewery in KC before I discovered 75th later in 2001. Their brown was sensational.

Mill Creek never seemed to clean their lines - and you could tell. And they would let beer sit around forever. I can't remember having a decent beer there the last two years they were open. When fresh, I also enjoyed their hemp ale.

And I always liked the atmosphere, crowd, etc. It was the best neighborhood place to play pool - or at least had the most tables. I spent a ton of time there. The food was average/below average in my opinion.

I hope something useful does go into that space. It's a shame it has been empty for this long.

I remember Mill Creek having excellent beer but god awful service. I too am surprised that location has been vacant for so long - seems like it should be able to make someone some money.

How bout a Hooters?!?!?

What is going in here? There's a dumpster out front and quite a bit of activity inside.
